Job Description
Your opportunity
We are currently looking for a Media and Performance Marketing Coordinator who will join the Brand Department,working closely with all internal (E-Commerce, Communication and PR, Product Marketing, Merchandising) and external (Media Agency, Media Partners) stakeholders to drive the growth of the brand awareness and website’s performance, with maximum efficiency. He/She will ensure that acquisition campaigns achieve their objectives while being delivered with excellence, across all aspects: messages and creations, budget allocations, technical monitoring, reviews, and ad hoc analyses. Here a list of the main activities:
Propose and implement a media strategy, across digital, print and OOH, in accordance with the top management vision and guidelines.
Manage the budget and ensure campaign activation with the partner agency and media partners, from briefing to final reporting.
Drive and execute digital performance campaigns
Boost website digital presence thanks to an efficient SEA strategy.
Track performance, analyze results and share recommendations to improve and establish reports on a regular basis
Directly manage boosting of posts on social media (Meta & Tik Tok)
Analyze website traffic across all channels to better understand the purchase discovery journeys and to feed our ongoing planning and optimization process with key business and user insights.
Analyze social media results and give suggestions
Monitor rigorously the media budget, from budget consolidation to payment of service providers (inserting Pos and relating with F&A department)
Ensure that the brand’s image is respected across all channels, whether in copy, creative, or deployed strategies.
Coordinate artwork deliveries andcreative asset requirements for performance and social campaigns
Coordinate with sales marketing department for COOP advertising
Support the sales marketing team with reporting about advertising activities

Graduation in Economics, engineering or marketing;
5 years of experience in media planning with a strong focus on digital and performance marketing
Proven experiencein performance-based acquisition campaign management and a good understanding of different acquisition channels, ideally gained through experience working in a specialized agency.
Agile, autonomous, and able to find solutions on your own.
Data driven and analytic approach with constant focus on ROI
Able to manage and deliver priorities within deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills; team-work oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment
With significant experience in Google Analytics, you are familiar with these platforms : Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Business, etc.
Proficiency in one of the following tools is a real asset : Google Looker Studio, Big Query, SA360, GA 4.
Good knowledge of SEO tools
Proficient with Excel and Power Point
Passionate about Fashion and Luxury
Proficient in English and Italian; French is a strong plus
