Job Description

Your opportunity

We are currently looking for a Media and Performance Marketing Coordinator who will join the Brand Department, working closely with internal teams (E-Commerce, Communication and PR, Product Marketing, Merchandising) and external partners (Media Agency, Media Partners) to drive brand awareness and website performance efficiently. The role involves ensuring acquisition campaigns meet objectives with excellence, managing messages, creative assets, budget, technical monitoring, reviews, and analyses. Main activities include:

  • Propose and implement a media strategy across digital, print, and OOH, aligned with top management guidelines.
  • Manage budgets and ensure campaign activation from briefing to reporting with media partners.
  • Drive and execute digital performance campaigns.
  • Enhance website presence through effective SEA strategies.
  • Track performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements, preparing regular reports.
  • Manage boosting of social media posts (Meta & TikTok).
  • Analyze website traffic to understand purchase journeys and inform planning.
  • Evaluate social media results and provide suggestions.
  • Monitor media budgets and coordinate with finance department.
  • Maintain brand image consistency across channels.
  • Coordinate creative assets and artwork deliveries for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales marketing for co-op advertising and reporting.

Who you are

  • Graduated in Economics, Engineering, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years in media planning, focusing on digital and performance marketing.
  • Experience managing performance-based acquisition campaigns, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Autonomous, solutions-oriented, and agile.
  • Data-driven with a focus on ROI.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, capable of working in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Business, etc.
  • Knowledge of tools like Google Looker Studio, BigQuery, SA360, GA4 is a plus.
  • Good understanding of SEO tools.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Passionate about Fashion and Luxury.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; French is a plus.
