The Milan Maison’s chic, ready-to-wear jewels are designed to be layered, stacked and mixed-and-matched, to elevate the everyday look for a modern woman. Inclusive in its very existence, DoDo encourages diversity and self-expression, believing that authenticity is the purest jewel in all of us.

Your Mission

We are looking for an HR Manager to serve as the strategic HR partner for the entire DoDo organization, supporting both corporate and retail teams worldwide. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead and execute people strategies that improve the employee experience, boost performance, and cultivate a culture of inclusion, sustainability, and excellence.

How You Will Contribute

You will play a key role in shaping a people-first culture by driving strategic initiatives across all HR functions and aligning them with business goals.

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes with a strong focus on efficiency, candidate experience, and compliance. Continuously refine and streamline HR workflows to support a growing, dynamic organization.

Partner closely with managers across departments to identify organizational needs, forecast talent requirements, and design workforce strategies that align with evolving business goals.

Collaborate regularly with Group HR teams such as Compensation & Benefits and Talent Management to ensure effective execution of key annual HR cycles, including performance reviews, salary planning, budgeting, and talent reviews.

Support and coach people managers in developing leadership capabilities, providing effective feedback, resolving conflicts, and building cohesive, high-performing teams.

Promote a positive and engaging workplace by leading internal communication efforts, enhancing employee experience, and strengthening DoDo’s employer brand through authentic and inclusive messaging.

Maintain a high standard of legal and regulatory compliance across all HR practices, with a strong emphasis on Italian labor law. Ensure readiness for internal and external audits by fostering operational excellence and process consistency.

Design and implement initiatives that advance diversity, equity, and inclusion, including efforts focused on gender equity, generational representation, and environmentally sustainable practices within both corporate and retail environments.

Who You Are

An HR professional with 5–7 years of experience in both corporate and retail HR environments, including at least 3 years in a managerial or HR Business Partner role

Knowledgeable in Italian labor law and HR best practices

Skilled in coaching, organizational development, and workforce planning

Fluent in Italian and English (a third European language is a plus)

Proficient in HR systems such as Workday (preferred), ATS platforms, and performance management tools

Empathetic, collaborative, and solutions-oriented with strong communication skills, high integrity, and a strategic mindset
