Your opportunity:

You will join the Dodo Trade Marketing & Visual Merchandising team based in Milan, leading the development and execution of Trade Marketing plans to expand Dodo WW through brand visibility and visual merchandising activities. You will lead a team of 3 members.

How you will contribute:

Gift:

• Lead the team in researching and contacting suitable suppliers aligned with Dodo principles and concepts, developing all aspects for each gift: storytelling, materials, personalization, etc.
• Supervise production to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Image Refresh:

• Adapt advertising campaign assets for different store formats.
• Collaborate with graphic, communication, digital/adv, and creative departments to develop projects that ensure in-store brand visibility.

BTL & Packaging:

• Develop and manage new BTL materials.
• Create and update guidelines, adding new details and images.
• Supervise production to meet schedules.

Special projects & activations:

• Develop sales and clienteling requests for in-store activations and small events with the Brand Team.
• Coordinate with suppliers to fulfill requests.
• Supervise production to ensure timely delivery.
• Design solutions for POP materials for both channels.

Who you are:

• Graduated in Business, Visual Arts, Design, Architecture, or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Proficient in Office (especially Excel), Adobe Creative Suite, Autocad, and a 3D program (Rhino or similar).
• Positive, proactive, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
• Effective communicator across teams and organizational levels.
• Spirit of initiative, curiosity for fashion trends, creative, detail-oriented.
• Willing to travel.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
