Job Title: CRM & Client Development Manager

We are currently looking for a DoDo WW CRM & Client Development Manager responsible for creating the CRM global strategy to maximize business through client engagement opportunities.

How you will contribute

  • CRM: Contribute to retail and e-commerce growth through activities aimed at boosting client recruitment, improving retention, and reactivation. Support and enhance a customer-centric culture. Define RFM segmentation and client clustering rules. Ensure data collection and quality guidelines are followed. Oversee CRM systems with IT. Set and monitor customer engagement KPIs. Collaborate with sales teams to create targeted action plans. Analyze client engagement campaigns. Develop and forecast budgets for client development.
  • Client Development: Build and maintain a loyal database, providing insights for targeted customer journeys. Define strategies for different client segments. Propose clienteling practices and experiences in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Training: Collaborate with the Training Manager to propose training programs to improve in-store clienteling skills.

Who you are

  • Graduated in Marketing or Business Administration with 5+ years of experience in a leading role within international companies.
  • Passionate about luxury and client engagement.
  • Proficient with Salesforce, BI, or other CRM & analytical systems.
  • Positive, proactive, organized, and with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
