Description

We are currently looking for a DoDo WW CRM & Client Development Manager responsible for creating the CRM global strategy to maximize business through client engagement opportunities.

How you will contribute

  • Contribute to the Retail and E-commerce business growth through tactical activities aimed at boosting client recruitment, improving retention, and reactivation.
  • Support and enhance a customer-centric culture within the company.
  • Define RFM segmentation and client clustering rules.
  • Ensure guidelines on data collection and quality are well implemented across regions.
  • Oversee CRM systems in partnership with IT, including upgrades and new features.
  • Set and monitor customer engagement KPIs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create customized action plans aligned with global strategy and regional opportunities.
  • Analyze and report on client engagement campaign performance, both online and offline.
  • Develop and forecast budgets to support client development strategies and roadmaps.

Client Development

  • Build and maintain a healthy, loyal database, providing insights for targeted customer journeys.
  • Define strategies for NL, OTM, and OTO targeting different client segments, collaborating with Brand, Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing teams.
  • Propose clienteling practices to accelerate recruitment, loyalty, and elevation, to be implemented locally.
  • Design clienteling experiences in collaboration with Event, Trade, Marketing, and Sales teams.

Training

  • Partner with the Training Manager to propose training programs to improve in-store clienteling skills.

Who you are

  • Graduated in Marketing or Business Administration with 5 years of experience in a leadership role within international companies.
  • Passionate about luxury and client engagement.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, BI, or other CRM and analytical systems.
  • Positive, proactive, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communicator, able to collaborate across teams at all organizational levels.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
