In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service to patients and foster strong partnerships to ensure an exceptional experience.

Our support center enables us to deliver quality eye care quickly, friendly, and affordably, focusing on the best patient experience at every touchpoint.

Hourly Wage Range : $38,000-$45,000 annually, including a 2% commission on personal sales and a $25 weekly bonus opportunity.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Clinical Duties:

  • Provide clinical services under PEG supervision, including diagnostic pre-testing, digital refraction, contact lens care, and adherence to clinical standards.
  • Meet training, certification, and procedural guidelines set by PEG.
  • Communicate effectively with PEG physicians regarding patient care.
  • Enhance patient clinical experience proactively.
  • Support clinical care by utilizing local mode and performing procedures like contact lens insertion/removal.
  • Order supplies, ensure accurate patient history, and meet clinical performance goals.
  • Complete referrals, store performance metrics, and maintain compliance with HIPAA.
  • Perform simple repairs, assemble lenses, and ensure timely delivery of glasses.
  • Report equipment issues and maintain lab standards.
  • Operational Duties:

  • Deliver an outstanding patient experience, collaborate with team members, and meet store goals.
  • Greet patients, identify needs, promote products/services, and facilitate sales.
  • Schedule appointments, resolve patient complaints, and ensure expectations are met.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of patient records.
  • Track delivery times and ensure compliance with service standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Key Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing needs.
  • Effective communication skills with diverse groups.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible schedule; knowledge of Microsoft Suite 365; optical experience is a plus.
