ATENA S.p.A. is seeking a Russian language instructor for a webinar course on the GOTOMEETING platform, with classes at various levels.

The courses will be held from Monday to Friday, either from 9:00 to 13:00 or from 14:00 to 18:00.

We are looking for an instructor available for both time slots.

The courses will be conducted online, requiring a PC, audio/video capabilities, and internet connection.

The courses are funded by the FORMATEMP fund, with attendance recorded via an electronic register on the fund's portal.

Minimum requirements:

• At least 24 months of experience in training courses
• Experience managing classroom groups

Additional desired skills:

• Ability to select suitable teaching methodologies and techniques tailored to the class and content
• Skill in managing group dynamics and fostering motivation and interest in learning
• Proficiency in using assessment tools aligned with learning objectives
• Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities

Employment contract: Full-time or fixed-term, Level V of professional training, for the duration of the teaching assignment.
