Descrizione del lavoro

Role Objectives: Lead team delivering essential business operations activities in support of South East Europe and Türkiye Field Functions and OT Technical Supervisors. Bring together activities related to Parts procurements, subcontractor mgmt, safety equipment device mgmt, onboarding, approved time sheet registration & processing granting that day by day operations are provided by the DO team members to the business on time and are of the highest quality. Coordinate then set a roadmap of measurable improvement through process efficiency and automation for those areas and future addition of services.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate resources within OA to ensure timely and qualified supports to OA and OT field business.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve performance goals.
  • Monitor workflow and allocate resources effectively to meet demand and optimize productivity.
  • Monitor team performance, provide prompt and constructive feedback, offering support, training and development opportunities.
  • Foster a customer-focused culture within the team, emphasizing the importance of service excellence.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving escalated issues promptly.
  • Contribute to the definition, improvement, and implementation of field support processes in OA/OT within the scope of DO Field Support.
  • Collaborate with the OU DO leader, Field teams, COEs, and other stakeholders.
  • Builds strong cross functional relationships
Role Specific Skills & Competences
  • At least 2 years field support work.
  • Proven experience in a team leadership or supervisory role within a shared services or similar environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technology-fluent (enabling tech & automation)
  • Be able to travel between 0% and 20% of the time
  • Change orientated & work with ambiguity
  • Fluency in English is strongly recommended.
  • Experience in process integration and improvement is preferred.
