We are seeking a District Sales Manager to join our Sales Department, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

The Job Purpose includes:

  • Implementing and monitoring Sales and Marketing policies defined by Hyundai Motor Company Italy (HMCI) within the Dealer Network.
  • Monitoring Customer Satisfaction Index, ensuring quality service to customers, and managing stock levels and quality.
  • Participating in Hyundai's quality system and continuous improvement processes.

General Responsibilities

  • Achieving sales objectives for the area, including Sell-In (Dealer Stock), Sell-Out (sales and registrations), and Market Share.
  • Managing plans, strategies, policies, and procedures as defined by the Sales Department.
  • Maintaining relationships with the HMCI Dealer Network, ensuring proper communication and information flow.
  • Monitoring Dealer stock levels and quality.
  • Developing local sales and marketing plans with dealers to meet volume and market share targets.
  • Expanding and developing the HMCI Dealer Network to ensure market coverage.
  • Analyzing performance indicators, competitor activities, and suggesting improvements.
  • Contributing to the streamlining of sales procedures and service rationalization.
