We are a company dedicated to the car rental sector with over 50 years' experience in the business. Our head office is located in Alicante (Spain) and we have offices in the most popular tourist destinations in Southern Europe and Mediterranean coast : Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal, Madeira, Italy, Sardinia, Sicily, mainland Greece and the Greek islands.

We are looking for a proactive, dynamic and energetic District Operations Manager for North and Centre Italy.

The main responsibilities are :

• Coordinate and supervise all the operational actions of the offices of its area.
• Supervise the staff of its area, in direct contact with Branch Managers.
• Achieve the annual goals set by the company. Including customer service and sales targets.
• Promote and achieve the correct performance of the operational quality system of its area, as well as its distribution among all staff.
• Monitor the condition, appearance and maintenance of the facilities.
• Supervise any kind of building work associated with the remodeling of the office or any repairs that need to be made to the offices or garages, as well as obtaining corresponding estimates.
• Identify and notify any suggestions for the improvement of the day-to-day operation of its area and for the Company in general.
• Coordinate the work with suppliers and providers of each branch.
• Maintain good relationship and attend meetings set out by the airports authorities of its area.

Minimum requirements :

• At least 5 years of experience in managerial positions within the Rent a Car business.
• Experience managing and coordinating different work teams.
• Very good knowledge of the RAC business and its operations.
• Commercial vocation and customer orientation.
• Advanced level of Office Automation.
• Availability to travel.
