ADHR Group, a leading Italian company in the HR services sector, is conducting a selection process to recruit a District Manager with previous experience in structured companies for our branches in Verona and Villafranca di Verona.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Mapping our target market and developing our order portfolio
2. Acquiring new clients and maintaining long-term relationships
3. Supporting our client companies in resolving HR issues through services such as Temporary Work, Recruitment and Selection, Training, and Organizational Solutions
4. Enhancing our clients' competitiveness by providing tailored responses and solutions
5. Coordinating and developing the branch team

We are looking for candidates with:

1. 7-10 years of experience within a staffing agency
2. Strong commercial effectiveness and a developed network in the relevant territory
3. Ability to manage and lead a team towards achieving goals
