Task:

• Maximize sales results and profitability of stores within your district, whether direct or franchisee stores.
• Spend time in stores, analyzing sales, setting up stores according to brand policies, and managing stocks and product assortment.
• Communicate company values to staff to ensure high-quality service and customer loyalty.
• Lead and develop store teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Promote the culture, values, and mission of Calzedonia Group with integrity and honesty.
• Support teams to achieve high standards, meet commercial goals, and KPI's.
