Job Opportunity: District Manager

KMD, Master Dealer for Fastweb, Tiscali, Linkem, Eolo, and SKY, is seeking District Managers mainly for the following regions: Emilia Romagna, Lazio, Liguria.

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

  1. Monitoring the commercial objectives of the assigned area.
  2. Ensuring proper oversight of the sales network within their jurisdiction and identifying development opportunities.
  3. Supporting and motivating sales personnel in their area to promote the services offered.
  4. Providing feedback on qualitative and quantitative elements to aid the development of the assigned points of sale.
  5. Conducting scouting activities to find new suitable points of sale for the operators' services.

The ideal candidates should have:

  1. Significant experience in the Telecommunications or Energy sectors.
  2. A strong focus on achieving objectives.
  3. The ability to operate within an organized and structured company environment.
  4. Leadership skills and the ability to guide a team.
  5. Knowledge of various B2B channels.
