Job Title: District Manager

KMD, Master Dealer for Fastweb, Tiscali, Linkem, Eolo, and SKY, is seeking District Managers primarily for the following regions: Emilia Romagna, Lazio, Liguria.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure continuous monitoring of the commercial objectives for the assigned area.
  2. Maintain an appropriate oversight of the sales network, identifying suitable development actions.
  3. Support and motivate the staff of the sales points within your area in promoting the offered services.
  4. Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback useful for the development of the assigned sales points.
  5. Conduct scouting activities to find new suitable sales points for the operators' services.

Ideal candidates have:

  • Significant experience in the Telecommunications/Energy sector.
  • Strong goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to operate within an organized and structured company environment.
  • Leadership and guiding skills.
  • Knowledge of various B2B channels.
