Position: District Manager

KMD, Master Dealer for Fastweb, Tiscali, Linkem, Eolo, and SKY, is seeking District Managers mainly for the following regions: Emilia Romagna, Lazio, Liguria.

The candidates will be responsible for:

  1. Ensuring continuous monitoring of the commercial objectives of the assigned area.
  2. Maintaining an adequate oversight of the sales network, identifying appropriate development actions.
  3. Supporting and motivating the sales staff within their area in promoting the services offered.
  4. Providing qualitative and quantitative feedback to aid the development of the assigned sales points.
  5. Conducting scouting activities to find new suitable sales points for the operators' services.

The ideal candidates should have:

  1. Significant experience in the Telecommunications/Energy sector.
  2. Strong goal-oriented mindset.
  3. Ability to operate within an organized and structured company environment.
  4. Leadership and guiding skills.
  5. Knowledge of various B2B channels.
