Position: District Manager

KMD, Master Dealer for Fastweb, Tiscali, Linkem, Eolo, and SKY, is seeking District Managers primarily for the following regions: Emilia Romagna, Lazio, Liguria.

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

  1. Ensuring continuous monitoring of the commercial objectives within their assigned area.
  2. Maintaining an adequate oversight of the sales network, identifying appropriate development actions.
  3. Supporting and motivating sales points within their area in promoting the services offered.
  4. Providing qualitative and quantitative feedback to aid the development of the assigned points of sale.
  5. Conducting scouting activities to find new suitable points of sale for the operators' services.

The ideal candidates will have:

  1. Significant experience in the Telecommunications / Energy sector.
  2. Strong goal-oriented mindset.
  3. Ability to operate within an organized and structured company environment.
  4. Leadership and guiding skills.
  5. Knowledge of various B2B channels.
