Position: District Manager

KMD, Master Dealer for Fastweb, Tiscali, Linkem, Eolo, and SKY, is seeking District Managers primarily for the following regions: Emilia Romagna, Lazio, Liguria.

The candidates will be responsible for:

  1. Monitoring the commercial objectives of the assigned area.
  2. Ensuring adequate oversight of the sales network, identifying appropriate development actions.
  3. Supporting and motivating the staff of the sales points within their area in presenting the services offered.
  4. Providing feedback on qualitative and quantitative elements useful for the development of the assigned sales points.
  5. Conducting scouting activities to find new suitable sales points for the operators' services.

The ideal candidates have:

  1. Significant experience in the Telecommunications/Energy sector.
  2. Strong focus on achieving objectives.
  3. Ability to operate within an organized and structured company environment.
  4. Leadership and guidance skills.
  5. Knowledge of various B2B channels.
