As Sales Manager, you will be the main contact for key distributor accounts in the Italy & Balkans territory. Your focus will be on business development for our full product catalog, driving cross-selling and elevating customer satisfaction. Our customers’ success is our own.

What will you do?

  • Develop business within the non-direct sales channel in Italy & Balkans for the full product catalog.
  • Ensure strong relationships with key customer contacts to increase satisfaction and cross-selling success.
  • Collaborate with the QH Fluid Intelligence Solutions team regarding equipment sales.
  • Work with Commercial Operations, Marketing, Product Application, and Technical Service teams to meet customer satisfaction and business goals.
  • Align with Regional Directors to follow corporate strategy, set goals, and report on opportunities.
  • Develop and monitor sales revenue forecasts.
  • Drive sales best practices and continuous process improvements.
  • Monitor industry trends, market players, and regional regulations.
  • This is a field-based role with travel within the territory.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 3 years' distribution channel sales experience in industrial fluids, metalworking, or chemicals, preferably lubricants, coolants, or similar products.
  • Strong technical sales skills with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • No team management experience required.
  • Languages: Italian and English at a professional level.
  • Remote, field-based role in northern Italy for better work-life balance.
  • Safety-conscious, team-oriented, results-driven, strategic thinker, problem solver, customer-focused.
