As a Sales Manager, you will be the main contact for key distributor accounts in the Italy & Balkans territory. Your focus will be on business development across our full product catalog, driving cross-selling and elevating customer satisfaction. Our customers’ success is our own.

Responsibilities
  • Develop business within the non-direct sales channel in Italy & Balkans for the full product catalog
  • Ensure strong relationships with key customer contacts to increase satisfaction and cross-selling success
  • Collaborate with the QH Fluid Intelligence Solutions team regarding equipment sales
  • Work with Commercial Operations, Marketing, Product Application, and Technical Service teams to meet customer satisfaction and business goals
  • Align with regional leadership to follow corporate strategy, set goals, and report on opportunities
  • Develop and monitor sales forecasts
  • Drive value-added sales practices and process improvements
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and regional regulations
  • This is a field-based role requiring travel within the territory
Candidate Profile
  • At least 3 years' distribution channel sales experience in industrial fluids, metalworking, or chemicals (preferably lubricants, greases, coolants, forging, diecasting products)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to build trust-based relationships
  • No team management experience required
  • Languages: Italian and English at a professional level
  • Remote, field-based role in northern Italy preferred for better work-life balance
  • Safety-conscious, team-oriented, results-driven, strategic thinker, problem solver, customer-focused
