As Sales Manager, you will be the main contact for key distributor accounts in the Italy & Balkans territory. Your focus will be on business development across our full product catalog, driving cross-selling, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Our customers’ success is our own.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop business within the non-direct sales channel in Italy & Balkans for the full product range
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts to increase satisfaction and cross-selling
- Collaborate with the QH Fluid Intelligence Solutions team on equipment sales
- Coordinate with Commercial Operations, Marketing, Product Application, and Technical Service teams to meet business goals
- Align with regional directors to follow corporate strategy, set goals, and report on opportunities
- Develop and monitor sales revenue forecasts
- Implement value-added sales practices and process improvements
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and regional regulations
- This is a field-based role requiring travel within the territory
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years' distribution channel sales experience in industrial fluids, metalworking, or chemicals, preferably in lubricants, coolants, or related products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to build trust-based relationships
- No team management experience required
- Proficiency in Italian and English
- Based remotely in northern Italy for better work-life balance
