As a Sales Manager, you will serve as the main contact for key distributor accounts in the Italy & Balkans region. Your focus will be on business development across our full product catalog, enhancing cross-selling and customer satisfaction, aligning with our core belief that our customers’ success is our own.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop business within the non-direct sales channel in Italy & Balkans for all products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to increase satisfaction and cross-selling success
- Collaborate with the QH Fluid Intelligence Solutions team on equipment sales
- Coordinate with Commercial Operations, Marketing, Product Application, and Technical Service teams to meet customer needs and business goals
- Align with regional leadership to follow corporate strategies, set goals, and report on opportunities
- Develop and monitor sales revenue forecasts
- Implement value-added sales practices and continuous process improvements
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and regional regulations
- This role involves travel within the territory
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years' experience in distribution channel sales within industrial fluids, metalworking, or chemicals, preferably lubricants, greases, coolants, forging, diecasting, or similar products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for building trust-based relationships
- No team management experience required
- Proficiency in Italian and English
- Based remotely in Italy, preferably northern region for better work-life balance
- Safety-conscious and team-oriented with strategic thinking, problem-solving, and customer focus
