Role: Sales Manager

You will be the main contact for key distributor accounts in the Italy & Balkans region. Your focus will be on business development across our full product catalog, driving cross-selling, and elevating customer satisfaction. Our customers’ success is our own.

Responsibilities
  • Develop business within the non-direct sales channel in Italy & Balkans for all products
  • Build strong relationships with key customer contacts to increase satisfaction and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with the QH Fluid Intelligence Solutions team on equipment sales
  • Work with Commercial Operations, Marketing, Product Application, and Technical Service teams to meet customer and business goals
  • Align with regional directors to follow corporate strategy, set goals, and report opportunities
  • Develop and monitor sales forecasts
  • Implement value-added sales practices and process improvements
  • Monitor industry trends, market players, and regional regulations
  • This is a field-based role requiring travel within the territory
Candidate Profile
  • At least 3 years' distribution channel sales experience in industrial fluids, metalworking, or chemicals, preferably in lubricants, greases, coolants, forging, diecasting, or similar products
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to build trust-based relationships
  • No team management experience required
  • Languages: Italian and English at a professional level
  • Remote, field-based role in Italy, ideally northern region for better work-life balance
  • Safety-conscious, team-oriented, strategic thinker, results-driven, problem solver, customer-focused
