As Sales Manager, you will be the main contact for key distributor accounts in the Italy & Balkans territory. Your focus will be on business development across our full product catalog, driving cross-selling and elevating customer satisfaction. Our customers’ success is our own.

What will you do?

  • Develop business within the non-direct sales channel in Italy & Balkans for our full product catalog.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts to increase satisfaction and cross-selling success.
  • Collaborate with the QH Fluid Intelligence Solutions team on equipment sales.
  • Work with Commercial Operations, Strategic Marketing, Product Application, and Technical Service teams to meet customer satisfaction and business goals.
  • Align with regional directors to follow corporate strategy, set goals, and report on opportunities.
  • Develop and monitor sales revenue forecasts.
  • Drive value-added sales practices and process improvements.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and regional regulations.
  • This is a field-based role requiring travel within the territory.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 3 years' experience in distribution channel sales within industrial fluids, metalworking, or chemicals, preferably in lubricants, greases, coolants, forging, die-casting, or similar products.
  • Strong technical sales skills with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • No team management experience required.
  • Languages: Italian and English at a professional level.
  • Safety-conscious and results-oriented with strategic thinking and customer focus.
