As a Sales Manager, you will be the primary contact for key distributor accounts in the Italy & Balkans region. Your focus will be on business development across our full product catalog, promoting cross-selling, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Our customers’ success is our success.

Responsibilities
- Develop business within the non-direct sales channel in Italy & Balkans for the full product range
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers to boost satisfaction and cross-selling
- Coordinate with QH Fluid Intelligence Solutions team on equipment sales
- Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Marketing, and Technical teams to meet customer and business goals
- Align with regional directors to set goals, follow strategy, and report opportunities
- Forecast and monitor sales revenue
- Implement value-added sales practices and process improvements
- Monitor industry trends, market players, and regulations
- Role involves travel within the territory
Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years' experience in distribution channel sales within industrial fluids, metalworking, or chemicals—preferably lubricants, greases, coolants, forging, or diecasting products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on building trust
- No management experience required
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Based remotely in northern Italy for better work-life balance
