As a Sales Manager, you will be the main contact for key distributor accounts in the Italy & Balkans territory. Your focus will be on business development across our full product catalog, driving cross-selling and elevating customer satisfaction. Our customers’ success is our success.

What will you do?

  • Develop business within the non-direct sales channel in Italy & Balkans for all products.
  • Build strong relationships with key customer contacts to increase satisfaction and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with the QH Fluid Intelligence Solutions team on equipment sales.
  • Work with Commercial Operations, Marketing, Product Application, and Technical Service teams to meet customer needs and business goals.
  • Align with the Regional Commercial Director and Non-Direct Sales Director to follow corporate strategy, set goals, and report on opportunities.
  • Develop and monitor sales revenue forecasts.
  • Promote value-added sales and process improvements.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and regional regulations.
  • This is a field-based role with travel within the territory.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 3 years' distribution channel sales experience in industrial fluids, metalworking, or chemicals, preferably in lubricants, greases, coolants, forging, or die-casting products.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to build trust-based relationships.
  • No team management experience required.
  • Languages: Italian and English at a professional level.
  • Remote, field-based role in northern Italy preferred for better work-life balance.
  • Safety-conscious, team-oriented, influential, results-driven, strategic thinker, problem solver, customer-focused.
