Distribution Sales Manager - Italy & Balkans, Mantova

Quaker Houghton is a global leader in industrial process fluids, operating in over 40 countries. We are seeking a Distribution Sales Manager for the Italy & Balkans region based in Mantova. This role involves developing business within the non-direct sales channel, managing key distributor accounts, and driving growth across our full product catalog.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts to enhance satisfaction and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with various teams including Fluid Intelligence Solutions, Commercial Operations, Marketing, and Technical Services to meet customer needs and business objectives.
• Align with regional and corporate strategies, set goals, and report on business opportunities.
• Forecast sales revenue and monitor industry trends, regulations, and competitors.
• Travel within the territory as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in distribution channel sales within the industrial fluids, metalworking, or chemical industry, preferably in lubricants, coolants, or related products.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Italian and English.
• Remote, field-based role in Italy, preferably northern region.
• Safety-conscious, results-oriented, strategic thinker, and customer-focused.
