As a Sales Manager, you will be the primary contact for key distributor accounts in the Italy & Balkans territory. Your focus will be on business development across our full product catalog, driving cross-selling, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Our customers’ success is our success.

What will you do?
  • Develop business within the non-direct sales channel in Italy & Balkans for all products
  • Build strong relationships with key customer contacts to boost satisfaction and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with the QH Fluid Intelligence Solutions team on equipment sales
  • Coordinate with Commercial Operations, Marketing, Product Application, and Technical Service teams to meet customer needs and business targets
  • Align with regional directors to follow corporate strategies, set goals, and report on opportunities
  • Forecast and monitor sales revenue
  • Promote value-added sales practices and process improvements
  • Track market trends, industry developments, and regional regulations
  • This is a field-based role requiring travel within the territory
What are we looking for?
  • At least 3 years of distribution channel sales experience in industrial fluids, metalworking, or chemicals, preferably lubricants, coolants, or forging products
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • No team management experience required
  • Professional proficiency in Italian and English
  • Remote, field-based role in northern Italy preferred for better work-life balance
  • Safety-conscious attitude
