As a Sales Manager, you will be the main contact for key distributor accounts in the Italy & Balkans region. Your focus will be on business development across our full product catalog, driving cross-selling, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Our customers’ success is our success.

What will you do?

  • Develop business within the non-direct sales channel in Italy & Balkans for all products
  • Build strong relationships with key customers to increase satisfaction and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with QH Fluid Intelligence Solutions team on equipment sales
  • Coordinate with Commercial Operations, Marketing, and Technical teams to meet customer and business goals
  • Align with regional leaders to follow corporate strategy, set goals, and report on opportunities
  • Forecast and monitor sales revenue
  • Implement value-added sales practices and process improvements
  • Monitor industry trends, market players, and regulations
  • Travel within the territory as needed

What are we looking for?

  • At least 3 years’ distribution channel sales experience in industrial fluids, metalworking, or chemicals (lubricants, coolants, forging, etc.)
  • Strong technical sales skills with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • No team management experience required
  • Proficiency in Italian and English
  • Remote, field-based role in Italy, ideally northern region
  • Safety-conscious, team-oriented, results-driven, strategic thinker, problem solver, customer-focused
