As Sales Manager, you will be the main contact for key distributor accounts in the Italy & Balkans territory. Your focus will be on business development for our full product catalog, driving cross-selling and elevating customer satisfaction. Our customers’ success is our own.

What will you do?

  • Develop business within the non-direct sales channel in Italy & Balkans for the full product catalog.
  • Ensure strong relationships with key customer contacts to increase customer satisfaction and cross-selling success.
  • Collaborate with the QH Fluid Intelligence Solutions team regarding equipment sales.
  • Work with Commercial Operations, Strategic Marketing, Product Application, and Technical Service teams to meet customer satisfaction and business goals.
  • Align with the Regional Commercial Director and Non-Direct Sales Director to follow corporate strategy, set goals, and report on business opportunities.
  • Develop and monitor commercial sales revenue forecasts.
  • Drive value-added sales practices and continuous process improvement.
  • Monitor market players, industry trends, and regional regulations.
  • This is a field-based role with travel within the territory.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 3 years' distribution channel sales experience in industrial fluids, metalworking, or industrial chemicals, preferably in lubricants, greases, coolants, forging, die casting, or similar products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to build trust-based relationships.
  • No team management experience required.
  • Languages: Italian and English at a professional level.
  • Remote field-based role in Italy, ideally in the northern region for better work-life balance.
  • Safety-conscious attitude.
  • Traits: Teamwork, influence, results orientation, strategic thinking, problem-solving, customer focus.
