As a Sales Manager, you will be the primary contact for key distributor accounts in the Italy & Balkans region. Your focus will be on business development across our full product catalog, driving cross-selling, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Our customers’ success is our success.

What will you do?

  • Develop business within the non-direct sales channel in Italy & Balkans for the full product range
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to boost satisfaction and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with the QH Fluid Intelligence Solutions team on equipment sales
  • Work with Commercial Operations, Marketing, Product Application, and Technical Service teams to meet customer and business goals
  • Align with regional directors to follow corporate strategy, set goals, and report on opportunities
  • Forecast and monitor sales revenue
  • Implement value-added sales practices and process improvements
  • Monitor industry trends, market players, and regional regulations
  • This is a field-based role with travel within the territory

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 3 years' distribution channel sales experience in industrial fluids, metalworking, or chemicals, preferably in lubricants, coolants, or related products
  • Strong technical sales skills with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • No team management experience required
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Based in northern Italy, with a remote, field-based role for better work-life balance
  • Safety-conscious and team-oriented
  • Results-driven, strategic thinker, problem solver, customer-focused
