As Sales Manager, you will be the main contact for key distributor accounts in the Italy & Balkans region. Your focus will be on business development across our full product catalog, driving cross-selling and enhancing customer satisfaction. Our customers’ success is our success.

What will you do?
- Develop business within the non-direct sales channel in Italy & Balkans for all products
- Build strong relationships with key customer contacts to boost satisfaction and cross-selling
- Collaborate with QH Fluid Intelligence Solutions team on equipment sales
- Coordinate with Commercial Operations, Marketing, and Technical teams to meet customer and business goals
- Align with regional directors to follow strategy, set goals, and report opportunities
- Forecast and monitor sales revenue
- Implement value-added sales practices and process improvements
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and regulations
- This is a field-based role with travel within the territory
What are we looking for?
- At least 3 years of distribution channel sales experience in industrial fluids, metalworking, or chemicals, preferably in lubricants, greases, coolants, forging, or diecasting products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to build trust-based relationships
- No team management experience required
- Languages: Italian and English at a professional level
- Remote, field-based role in Italy, ideally northern region for better work-life balance
