As Sales Manager, you will be the primary contact for key distributor accounts in the Italy & Balkans territory. Your focus will be on business development across our full product catalog, driving cross-selling, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Our customers’ success is our success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business within the non-direct sales channel in Italy & Balkans for the full product range.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to increase satisfaction and cross-selling success.
  • Collaborate with the QH Fluid Intelligence Solutions team on equipment sales.
  • Coordinate with Commercial Operations, Marketing, Product Application, and Technical Service teams to meet customer and business needs.
  • Align with regional directors to implement corporate strategies, set goals, and report on opportunities.
  • Develop and monitor sales forecasts.
  • Promote value-added sales practices and process improvements.
  • Monitor industry trends, market players, and regional regulations.
  • This is a field-based role requiring travel within the territory.
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 3 years of distribution channel sales experience in industrial fluids, metalworking, or chemicals, preferably lubricants, greases, coolants, forging, or die-casting products.
  • Strong technical sales skills with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • No team management experience required.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Based remotely in Italy, preferably Northern Italy for better work-life balance.
  • Safety-conscious, team-oriented, influential, results-driven, strategic thinker, problem solver, customer-focused.
