As Sales Manager, you will be the main contact for key distributor accounts in the Italy & Balkans territory. Your focus will be on business development across our full product catalog, driving cross-selling, and elevating customer satisfaction. Our customers’ success is our own.

Responsibilities
  • Develop business within the non-direct sales channel in Italy & Balkans for the full product catalog
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts to increase satisfaction and cross-selling success
  • Collaborate with the QH Fluid Intelligence Solutions team on equipment sales
  • Work with Commercial Operations, Strategic Marketing, Product Application, and Technical Service teams to meet customer and business goals
  • Align with Regional Commercial Director and Non-Direct Sales Director to follow corporate strategy, set goals, and report on opportunities
  • Develop and monitor sales revenue forecasts
  • Drive value-added sales practices and process improvements
  • Monitor industry trends, market players, and regional regulations
  • This is a field-based role with travel within the territory
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years' experience in distribution channel sales within the industrial fluids, metalworking, or chemical industry, preferably in lubricants, coolants, or similar products
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to build trust-based relationships
  • No team management experience required
  • Proficiency in Italian and English
  • Based remotely in Italy, preferably northern region for better work-life balance
  • Safety-conscious, team-oriented, results-driven, strategic thinker, problem solver, customer-focused
