As Sales Manager, you will serve as the main contact for key distributor accounts in the Italy & Balkans region. Your focus will be on business development across our full product catalog, promoting cross-selling and enhancing customer satisfaction. Our customers’ success is our success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop business within the non-direct sales channel in Italy & Balkans for all products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers to boost satisfaction and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with the QH Fluid Intelligence Solutions team on equipment sales.
  • Coordinate with Commercial Operations, Marketing, Product Application, and Technical Service teams to meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Align with regional directors to follow corporate strategies, set goals, and report on opportunities.
  • Create and monitor sales forecasts.
  • Implement value-added sales practices and process improvements.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and regional regulations.
  • This is a field-based role requiring travel within the territory.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in distribution channel sales within the industrial fluids, metalworking, or chemical industries, preferably in lubricants, coolants, or similar products.
  • Strong technical sales skills with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • No team management experience required.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Based remotely in northern Italy for better work-life balance.
  • Safety-conscious, team-oriented, influential, results-driven, strategic thinker, problem solver, customer-focused.
