Competenze

• Laurea en sciences alimentaires ou équivalent.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Cheese Quality Assurance Manager, the responsibilities include:

• Providing training to the Sales Force, FAM, and Van Selling Managers on quality assurance specific practices through good practices, the self-control system - HACCP, and all preventive activities to ensure this important link in the distribution chain complies with current regulations and Lactalis Group and biG srl procedures;
• Conducting periodic audits of commercial structures to verify correct application of assigned activities;
• Collaborating and interfacing with control bodies (Veterinarians/territorial ATS) for updates on regulations to implement and, if necessary, during audits;
• Ensuring the proper functioning of equipment at commercial structures, such as temperature probes, through regular checks and calibration; conducting systematic traceability tests in Van Selling and recall simulation tests as per company quality standards;
• Preparing activity reports regularly and sharing with Van Selling managers to maintain a close and active relationship aimed at consolidating and improving specific quality practices;
• Supporting certification activities impacting the Van Selling channel.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Food Science and Technologies, Agricultural Sciences, or equivalent;
• Excellent knowledge of Office suite and main technological tools;
• Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of French is a plus;
• Strong interpersonal skills and team working attitude;
• Autonomy, proactivity, curiosity, and flexibility;
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

KEY INFORMATION ABOUT THE POSITION

• Work location: Corteolona e Genzone (PV);
• Willingness to travel frequently within Italy required.
