Gruppo Campari seeks a Distribution Planning Leader to head regional planning for EMEA, guiding a team to optimize product availability, service levels, and inventory performance across the network. You will drive data-driven decisions and cross-regional collaboration to support a scalable logistics network in a fast-moving global company.

The role oversees end-to-end H2H planning, S&OE reviews, and risk mitigation, with a focus on standardization and process excellence.

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Distribution Planning, Supply Planning or End-to-End Planning.
• Proven people management experience in international environments.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

• Lead and develop a team of 6 Distribution Planners with a focus on capability building and continuous improvement.
• Achieve target service levels and inventory targets across the regional distribution network.
• Oversee deployment planning and inventory optimization for EMEA and export markets.

In this role you will lead Campari Group’s regional Distribution Planning for EMEA, guiding a team to ensure optimal product availability, service levels, and inventory performance across the network. You will coordinate cross-regional planning activities, drive data-driven decisions, and contribute to supply chain efficiency and cost control. Your work will support a scalable logistics network and standardized planning processes in a fast-moving, global business. This is an opportunity to shape distribution strategy in a market-leading spirits company.

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Operations or related disciplines
• 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Distribution Planning, Supply Planning or End-to-End Planning
• Proven people management experience in international environments
• Strong understanding of inventory optimization, deployment planning and logistics networks
• Experience operating within S&OP / S&OE processes
• Advanced knowledge of SAP IBP, SAP ECC/S4 and analytical tools
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
