Distribution Planner

Job Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join our team. The responsibilities include:

1. Analyzing demand forecasts and inventory levels to optimize stock across the distribution network.
2. Collaborating with production teams to release replenishment orders, assess current capacity, and identify opportunities for optimization.
3. Coordinating incoming logistics operations with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and carriers.
4. Managing logistics parameters such as lead times, reorder points, and replenishment frequencies to meet service level targets.
5. Supporting continuous improvement projects related to supply chain performance, including cost reduction and delivery KPIs.
6. Monitoring and analyzing distribution KPIs like OTIF, fill rate, and inventory levels.
7. Collaborating with IT and systems teams to enhance planning and inventory management tools.
8. Working closely with customer service teams to prioritize orders and manage production timelines.

Qualifications, Skills & Attitudes

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in roles such as Distribution Planning, Supply Planning, or Logistics Planning.
• Knowledge of planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
