Position

The Distribution Control Team at Fendi manages core financial reports, providing insights to support strategic decisions. As a Distribution Controller, you will guide financial reporting, review, analyze, and interpret financial and budget reports to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

Reporting to the Distribution Control Manager, your responsibilities include sales analysis, reporting, profit and loss analysis, and CAPEX reporting. You will collaborate with Regional CFOs, Controllers, and directly interface with the CFO and WW Management Control Director.

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct comprehensive P&L analyses, including variance analysis for monthly closings and budget revisions.
2. Perform sales reporting and analysis for executive management.
3. Lead profitability analysis at store, country, region, and worldwide levels.
4. Conduct business development analysis related to CAPEX investments globally.
5. Ensure governance and compliance with existing processes and new business initiatives.

Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial ERP systems, especially SAP, with proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Stealth is a plus.
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
• Passion for leveraging new technologies and managing big data to enhance financial insights.
• Exceptional attention to detail, commitment, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Effective team collaboration skills and confidence in interacting with subsidiary controllers and senior management.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
