Responsibilities

  • Supervise Chauffeurs: Ensure safe and efficient transportation by providing guidance and oversight.
  • Decision-Making: Make independent judgments to evaluate options and make decisions.
  • Trip Assignments: Allocate trips to chauffeurs, optimizing scheduling and efficiency.
  • Reservation Management: Enter and maintain accurate records of reservations received via email, phone, or online portals.
  • Dispatch Software: Use proprietary software for dispatch and logistics operations.
  • Communication: Maintain excellent communication to ensure a pleasant passenger experience.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, ensuring passenger satisfaction.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all dispatch and logistics tasks.
  • Log Keeping: Maintain daily logs of vehicle statuses and incident reports.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with chauffeurs and office staff during shifts.

Qualifications
