Risors-e Srl, an agency specializing in personnel recruitment and selection (Aut.Min. 0000023 Sez.IV), is seeking a designer/project engineer for a leading company involved in the design and construction of elevating platforms. The role involves managing a project for a new elevator model to be introduced to the market, aiming to strengthen the Research and Development department.

The selected candidate will focus on electrical design for the industrialization of new products and the improvement of existing ones. Responsibilities include preparing and executing test plans and producing reports. The ideal candidate is attentive to the quality and compliance of designs, capable of managing technical issues, meeting project deadlines, working towards objectives, and demonstrating good interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

1. Diploma as an industrial technician or equivalent, with a focus on mechatronics or automation.
2. Preferably a degree in engineering or architecture, but not essential.
3. At least 3 years of experience in electrical design for machinery, equipment, or industrial automation systems.
4. Proficiency in CAD2D (preferably SPAC) for electrical design, 3D CAD skills, and good command of English.

Contract: Fixed-term or permanent, to be discussed during the interview. Salary ranges from €30,000 to €45,000 annually.

Work Location: Pisa, with availability for short trips for site inspections and troubleshooting on-site issues.
