Job Opportunity: Direttore Punto Vendita GDO - Venezia/Mestre

Grafton Retail&GDO, a specialization of Gi Group Spa authorized by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies, is seeking a Direttore Punto Vendita GDO for a multinational food retail chain in Venezia/Mestre.

Responsibilities include:

1. Full management of the store according to corporate directives and commercial guidelines.
2. Managing staff, including control, organization, and motivation of resources.
3. Overseeing accounting and fiscal operations, monitoring performance indicators across departments and the entire store.
4. Managing orders, stock unloading, and merchandising within the store following company guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Store Director in the food retail sector.
• Team management skills, strong interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for the sector.
• Predisposition for managerial and operational activities.

Work Details:

• Full-time, 6 days a week, 40 hours.
• Contract: Permanent, directly with the client company.
• Compensation: Level 1, RAL based on experience; includes corporate welfare, meal vouchers (€5.29), and a company car after probation.
• Location: Venezia/Mestre.
