Un'azienda del settore alimentare cerca un Direttore di produzione. Le responsabilità includono la gestione delle attività di produzione, supervisione della qualità e collaborazione con vari dipartimenti. Si richiedono 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili e laurea in Ingegneria Alimentare o Chimica. Offerta di lavoro permanente con salario tra €50,000 e €65,000 più bonus. Disponibilità a trasferirsi nella provincia di Pesaro Urbino preferita.

Our client, an excellence among Italian SMEs and a well-established company in the Marche region in the Food sector, has entrusted us to select a new Production Director.

Position

The selected candidate will have the following operational and strategic responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage production activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards.
2. Coordinate, enhance, and motivate the production staff, optimizing production processes.
3. Supervise quality controls, complying with food regulations (HACCP, ISO, IFS, BRC).
4. Collaborate with purchasing and logistics departments for raw material procurement and stock management.
5. Support product innovation and the industrialization of new recipes, maintaining ongoing interface with R&D.
6. Ensure workplace safety and proper functioning of equipment.
7. Prepare periodic reports for continuous alignment with company management.

The ideal candidate possesses the following requirements:

• Degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, or related disciplines (preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in similar leadership roles in the Food & Beverage sector.
• Knowledge of food processing and certified quality systems.
• Leadership: the person we are looking for can lead by example, inspiring colleagues.
• Organizational and time management skills.

Additional Information

Contract: Permanent. Industry Food CCNL, Level Quadro 1S.

Salary Range: €50,000 - €65,000 plus production bonus.

Residence in the Pesaro Urbino province or immediate availability to relocate is preferred.
