- commercial professional with a proven track record in the sector.
The ideal candidate has
- deep knowledge of the real estate market
- with particular reference to buying, leasing, and real estate development dynamics. Additionally, high skills in
- negotiation
- ability to manage complex negotiations
- and strong qualities in
- leading and motivating sales teams.
- Responsibility for supervising and strategically coordinating the entire sales division
- by implementing advanced methodologies decided with the ownership. The candidate will also be expected to actively participate in direct sales operations, managing a portfolio of strategic clients and developing new business opportunities in the target markets of Vicenza, Venice, and Padua.
- Employment and Compensation
- professional collaboration contract via VAT with a fixed monthly fee of €2,500.00. An incentive-based commission system linked to the achievement of individual and team targets.
