Development of Thermal Application Products and Market

Our customer is a multinational company operating in the HVAC sector, designing and manufacturing technologies for critical infrastructures and customized solutions to meet customer needs.

The Thermal Application Team is based in Italy (Padua), but the Thermal Architect will mainly travel within EMEA to manage relationships with the group’s strategic clients.

Offer

The Thermal Architect is a key role within the Application Engineering Team and the Strategic Key Accounts Sales Team. This role leads Thermal Management products, including Chillers, Fan Walls, and the developing liquid cooling market, working with major customers within the assigned segment. The position is integral to the EMEA Thermal Application Engineering team and the EMEA Strategic Account Sales organization, with accountability for the complete Thermal portfolio order targets for the assigned accounts.

The Thermal Architect will support the team across all disciplines, holding responsibility for technical support and the commercial approach on all Thermal products. This role is supported by a matrix of Key Account Directors and Application Engineers, facilitating customer needs through a structure that balances relationship management and technical support.

The candidate must have strong technical sales experience, industry segment knowledge, and a well-established network, as they will deal with top clients in EMEA and have a strong link to global product and engineering functions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the network of consultants supporting EMEA Key Accounts.
• Drive growth in Thermal sales and profitability for products and services, securing the company as the preferred partner for the entire portfolio.
• Focus on end-to-end Thermal solutions.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of top EMEA clients.
• Build relationships with consultants and customers.
• Ensure growth in pipeline generation with projects at various stages to maintain a continuous flow of orders.
• Coordinate with the account director on commercial positioning and support bid processes.

Candidate Profile:

• Engineering background or equivalent education with proven field experience.
• Experience in Thermal Management products and installation, especially for data centers; liquid cooling experience is a plus.
• Experience in adjacent markets and similar roles.
• Willingness to travel within EMEA.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
