• Development of Thermal Application products and market

Our Customer is a Multinational Company operating in the HVAC sector, designing and manufacturing technologies for critical infrastructures and customized solutions to meet Customers needs.

The Thermal Application Team is based in Italy (Padua), despite that the Thermal Architect will mainly travel in EMEA to manage the relationship with the Group Strategic Clients.

Offerta

The Thermal Architect is a key role within the Application Engineering Team and the Strategic KAs Sales Team, holding the position as the leader for Thermal Management products including Chiller, Fan Walls and the developing liquid cooling market working with our major customers within the assigned segment. This position is an integral role for the EMEA Thermal Application Engineering team and EMEA Strategic Account Sales organization, with the individual holding accountability for the complete assigned Thermal portfolio order targets attributed to the identified accounts.

The Thermal Architect will support the team that covers all disciplines of the business, within which he / she will hold accountability for the technical support and commercial approach on all Thermal products. Supported by a matrix of Key Account Directors and Key Account Application Engineers to facilitate the needs of our customers through a structure that offers an optimal balance of relationship management and technical support.

The Thermal Architect needs to have strong technical sales experience and be able to demonstrate good segment industry experience coupled with a well-established network as he / she will be dealing with the top clients in EMEA and have a strong link to the Global product and engineering functions.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manage the network of consultants to support EMEA Key Accounts.
• Drive growth in Thermal sales and profitability for both Products and Services securing The Company as the Account's preferred partner for the entire Product and Service portfolio.
• Drive a focus on end to end Thermal solutions.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of customers consisting of the top EMEA clients.
• Build up relationships with Consultants and customers.
• Secure growth in pipeline generation and a healthy balanced pipeline with projects in all sales stages and maturity levels to secure a continuous flow of orders in the quarters and years to come.
• Managing commercial positioning with the account director, actively participating, supporting and coordinating with the rest of the sales teams in bids.

The ideal Candidate for the Thermal Architect position has :

• School Background : engineering background or equivalent education with proven field experience.
• Previous working experience in Thermal Management products and installation, especially for Datacenter or equivalent. Additional value any experience on liquid cooling.
• Solid experience matured in adjacent markets and in similar positions.
• Availability to travel in EMEA.
• Customer orientation.
