- Proven commercial and leadership track record to include sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Experience in global cross functional teams is desired.
- Ability to execute with little supervision.
Responsibilities
- Position reports to the Chief Product Officer and will be responsible for the revenue, profitability as well as product portfolio management, resource allocation, and roadmap definition within the Product Group global markets.
- Understand macroeconomic, market trends, competition, and disruptor technologies which will impact the business growth.
- Build out product roadmaps to align with corporate strategy, key markets, and create differentiation in the target applications.
- Translate strategy and roadmaps into tactical plans.
- Drive the Product Management team to develop strong relationships with key accounts and align with other product groups to create cross selling synergies.
- Assist in the optimization of the manufacturing footprint for the assigned Product Group.
- Identify gaps in the organization structure and core competencies and build up plans to bridge the gaps.
