  • Aspire Software is currently looking for a Director of Sales to join our growing team in Italy!
  • We are currently seeking a Director of Sales (DOS) for one of our Automotive Portfolio in Europe. The primary role of the DOS is the implementation of an effective, industry-trend-driven Sales and Marketing Plan for our suite of products and services that leads the company to achieve and exceed budgeted revenues and KPI's. The Director of Sales works closely with and reports to the Chief Executive Officer of the portfolio based in Europe.

  • Monitor and react to industry market trends - Understand and monitor evolving competitive landscape - Establish sales objectives and key performance measurements - Oversee regional marketing operations and initiatives - Build, coach and lead a motivated team of inhouse and remote sales professionals to achieve sales goals - Manage a business level reactionary and pro-active commission program - Management of timely and accurate RFP and Tender Process for Enterprise level clients - Build and nurture effective partnerships with industry related partners for business development - Work collaboratively with the marketing, support, implementation, and R&D teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement - Effective use of internal and external data to analyze sales trends (churn, shrinkage, expansion, upsell opportunities) - Effective management of the Sales and CRM Org and accurate reporting and analytics (Salesforce, MarketingCloud, etc.) - Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both the mid and senior management levels and participate in closing strategic opportunities
  • About You
  • At least a bachelor's degree qualified within a business and similar discipline - Automotive experiences / software solution sold to OEM and dealership network - Flexibility in scheduling - Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales Director role - Business Intelligence tools experiences is a plus - Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office 365 suite - 40% Travel Required with ability to travel at short notice - Must be fluent in English both verbal and written essential - Proven track record of meeting targets and goals within a SaaS B2B environment - Proven use of structured sales methodology in a SaaS environment - Managed a team of over 10 FTE remotely (Accounts Manager / Sales Development Representative / etc...) - Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written are critical - Ability to deliver effective presentations to live audience both in person and online - Advanced knowledge of Salesforce (building reports, views, etc...) - Above average prioritizing, time management and organizational skills - Proven track record of successful Trade Show representation - Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to articulate a directive accurately in both Italian and English languages, essential - Legally authorized to work in Italy There is room for career growth, and we want you to feel like part of the team!
