Overview

We are looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing to promote and sell a small group of hotels (3 properties) located in Tuscany.

The person joining this position, reporting to the Managing Director, will be responsible for all hotels services sales and promotion for all properties, enabling the company to meet and / or exceed revenue goals in rooms, food and beverage, Meetings & events.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to exceed financial results;
  • Drive market share , customer satisfactions , employee loyalty and brand strength for the hotels;
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to effectively manage the different sales channels;
  • Utilizes on property sales resources and leverages all properties sales engines to deliver results;
  • Ensure the development of a strategic account plans for the demand generators in the market;
  • Deploy sales team against appropriate market segments.
  • Conduct sales calls, prospecting class , site inspections;
  • Adhere to the Company’s procedures and rules;
  • At least 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
  • Creative and innovative approach to sales and marketing activities.
  • Reading , writing and oral good knowledge in English.
  • Strong sales and communication skills.
  • Flexible and ready to move on a regular basis.
Contract conditions
