We seek an experienced, results-driven professional to join our team as Director of Revenue Operations. The Director of Revenue Operations, will be a strategic leader responsible for orchestrating significant revenue growth by overseeing the development and execution of best-in-class revenue operations strategies. This role demands in-depth expertise in revenue operations, combined with strong leadership and collaboration skills to guide and empower cross-functional teams across the revenue engine. This role reports directly to our CRO.

Responsibilities

Direct the development and implementation of a high-performing revenue operations function, emphasizing efficient and scalable processes for inventory management, pricing, customer onboarding, optimization, pipeline management, and revenue reconciliation Build and manage a highly efficient Revenue Operations team. Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing, where successes are replicated and learnings from setbacks are applied to future endeavors. Create and implement a formal Lead to Cash process that drives significant efficiency gains, and meets the needs of key stakeholders across the organization. Develop and track all Commercial KPI’s, and ensure alignment with other cross-functional leaders Work closely with BI and Finance in developing integrated and actionable marketing, sales, and account management dashboards Own the research, review, selection, and implementation of our CRM system. Work with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment Lead the implementation of strategies and processes to enhance pipeline management and deliver highly reliable and accurate monthly forecasts, enabling data-driven decision-making Provide Sales Enablement support, including strategies, processes, training, and materials to Sales and Account Management teams, while ensuring alignment with product strategy and market needs Collaborate strategically with Product on positioning, enablement, and roadmap priorities, ensuring alignment with revenue objectives Own and manage the advertising technology stack, including relationships with programmatic partners Own and manage the monthly revenue reconciliation process, and work closely with Sales & Finance to ensure efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

10+ years of experience in revenue operations roles, including 4-5 in leadership positions, leading to demonstrable revenue growth, preferably in a media or affiliate marketing organization Proven ability to develop strategic vision, translate it into actionable plans, and leverage data-driven insights to identify and solve business challenges Strong technical expertise with CRM systems, and other commercial tools, with a deep understanding of how to use these systems effectively to support revenue operations Strong leadership experience in building, managing, and inspiring high-performing teams, with a track record of implementing and optimizing revenue operations processes Demonstrated understanding of data analytics or intelligence operations to interpret and leverage data insights for driving informed decisions Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior leaders to achieve strategic goals
